Many patients desire improvement in breast shape and may not want increased volume with a breast implant. Our Pittsburgh Surgeon Dr Wooten believes that breast lift can help many women who have experienced a sagging or loose bust from pregnancy, nursing, or aging regain a more youthful breast contour and an elevated bust line.  Good candidates for breast lift surgery may have any of the following conditions:

• Breast are pendulous, but the volume is satisfactory.
• Breasts lack substance or firmness.
• Nipples and areolas point downward and are below the breast crease line.
