Dr Jack Demos is pleased to announce

Dear patients and friends,

as I think most of you realize, and as per my prior communication of December 1st 2007, after 26 years in the practice of plastic and reconstructive surgery, I have decided to retire within the very near future. I am now comfortable with this decision, and I look forward to “turning the page” and starting new chapters in my life.

I am pleased to announce at this time the transition of my practice to Anna Wooten, MD. Dr Wooten completed her plastic surgery training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – one of the leading centers of competence and excellence in this country.  She is a well trained and competent plastic surgeon. 

I am comfortable entrusting the care of my patients to her, as she has demonstrated proficiency in all areas of plastic surgery, and, most importantly, is committed to save, compassionate, and professional care of my patients.
I am convinced she will be able to very nicely feel the needs each of you have with respect to cares and concerns from a plastic surgery standpoint.


I once again would like to thank each and every one of you for entrusting me with your care, and contributing to the success of my practice.
