Giving in Guatemala

Dr Wooten is traveling to Guatemala with her family to provide surgical care in the form of reconstructive procedures which would otherwise be unavailable to the people of this country. Dr Wooten is accompanying Dr Demos, founder of Surgicorps International. The organization has performed more than 2500 surgeries in 15 countries since inception in 1994. Fifty-six others are set to join them in the volunteer effort.
Pittsburgh Plastic Surgeon - Dr wooten enjoys being a part of these mission trips, giving her time and talents, and she is looking forward to another experience in helping others who are less fortunate.
